If your coffee machine is still within the guarantee, we unfortunately cannot accept you as an independent workshop.

Your selection is only a desired date, the exact date will be arranged after receipt of your offer.

In the interest of everyone, we would like to ask you to send your machine or mill only in the original box with a polystyrene insert or in a stable transport case. If the original box is not available, we ask you to ensure that the box sent is stable and that the machine is well padded.
You know the value of your device and how high the risk of transport damage is if the outer packaging is bad. Incidentally, freight forwarders reject transport damage that can be proven to have occurred due to defective outer packaging.

You can bring your espresso machine in person during the following opening hours: Mon - Fri 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Best if you call ahead. Sometimes we are on emergency service at short notice.
